Recognised with the iF Design Award 2026 for its compact design, the new air purifier delivers powerful air purification without compromising space or home aesthetics. Designed for individuals, families and pet owners alike, it supports cleaner and more comfortable living across spaces of up to 62m², with tailored modes including a dedicated Pet Mode for homes with cats and dogs.

Indoor air quality is an important consideration for households, particularly those with family members of different ages and health needs. Reflecting how people are placing greater value on time spent at home and the comfort of their living spaces, SHARP developed its Purefit series around the concept of “Pure Air, Pure Lifestyle”. Combining air purification with everyday comfort, the series helps suppress airborne viruses and bacteria while creating a cleaner and more comfortable home environment.

At the heart of the FX-S82E-B/L is its Dual-Sided Triple Filter Design, with three filters positioned on each side of the unit. By drawing in air from both sides, the structure enables efficient airflow even at lower fan speeds. Despite its powerful performance, the unit is engineered to minimise air turbulence, supporting quieter operation during rest, work and sleep.

Each side of the air purifier is equipped with three layers of filtration to address different indoor pollutants: a washable pre-filter captures larger dust particles and debris, including pet hair; an activated carbon deodorising filter absorbs cigarette and pet odours, volatile organic compounds, harmful gases and other common household odours; and a nanoHD Plus Filter captures up to 99% of particles as small as 0.003µm**, including fine dust such as PM2.5 and PM10, viruses, bacteria, mould, pollen and pet dander.

The system helps households address a range of everyday air-quality concerns, from fine dust, haze particles and airborne allergens to pet-related particles and odours. Its Wall Fit COANDA Airflow applies the Coanda effect, where a stream of air naturally follows a nearby surface. The unit directs purified air upwards and across the room along the wall and ceiling, helping air circulate evenly throughout the space. A faster airstream at the rear of the unit also collects dust at lower levels in the room for more effective cleaning.

Pet Mode provides targeted air care for homes with cats or dogs, while Haze Mode increases air collection during periods of poorer outdoor air quality to help capture haze particles that enter the home.
