Announcement regarding business of NEC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd for the following B-to–B display products (attached below) has been transferred to Sharp Singapore Electronics Corporation Pte Ltd with effect from the 3rd of January 2023.

As two market-leading brands in the production and development of visual solutions and combining both state-of-the-art product portfolios, this transfer allows optimal allocation of management resources while simultaneously building our strength and addressing the visual solutions needs of our B-to-B global customers.
In conjunction with the transfer, NECare Service will be replaced by Sharp Care Centre. The products warranty of the Products sold by NEC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd will continue and will be handled by Sharp Care Centre as long as it's within the warranty period subject to the warranty terms and conditions of the specific product. By integrating the transferred business with the existing business lines, Sharp continues to strive and contribute to the future of visual solutions, focusing on superior customer satisfaction enabled by high-quality innovations, sales leadership excellence and committed relationship building.
